Welcome to Shiv Watches. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our wholesale platform. By accessing this website and placing orders, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

"Company", "We", "Our", "Us" refers to Shiv Watches. "Client", "You", "Your" refers to the business entity purchasing our products. "Products" refers to watches, clocks, and home appliances offered for wholesale.

Account Registration

To place orders, you must register a business account with valid GST number and business documentation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Ordering Process

All orders are subject to product availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Order confirmation is subject to payment verification.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude GST. Payment terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We ship across India through reliable courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Refunds are processed within 15 working days after return approval.

Product Warranty

Products come with manufacturer's warranty as specified. Warranty claims must be supported by original invoice and warranty card. Warranty does not cover damages from misuse or accidents.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, and descriptions, is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or business losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
